Families can now reserve their Kringle Kottage visits for the 2025 holiday season. The experience runs November 21 through December 23, with 1:1 sensory-friendly appointments available Tuesday–Thursday (3–7 p.m.) and Friday–Saturday (12–4 p.m.). These sessions are reserved for guests with special needs, ensuring a calm, individualized experience.

Public visiting hours will be held Friday and Saturday evenings (5–8 p.m.), as well as December 21–23 (5–8 p.m.), when all are welcome to stop by and soak in the spirit of the season.
